I came across a very strange problem. I need to use the parameter $parentClass=`hide` in my menu definition in Wayfinder because in my CSS I want to display a bitmap when a menu item is a folder (has children); such as
.menu ul li:hover ul li a.hide {background: #0066CC url(../images/arrow.gif) bottom right no-repeat; color:#FFFFFF;}
It works fine but for some reason my menu item to add a blog entry dissapear from the menu bar.
The blog entry document contains simply a ditto statement. Is it a known issue and if so how can I work around it.
