So...

I have doc’s tree (ex.):

-- Item_1
-------- item_11
-------- item_12
-- Item_2
-------- item_21
-------- item_22
-- Item_3
-------- item_31
-------- item_32

I do:

[!Wayfinder? &startId=`...` &hideSubMenus=`1` &level=`2`!]

... and All know what I get

But I want to get on Item_21’s page (ex.):

<ul class="mainmenu">
<li>Item_1</li>
<li class="active">Item_2</li>
<li>Item_3</li>
</ul>

<ul class="submenu">
<li class="here">item_21</li>
<li>item_22</li>
</ul>


I hope, it’s necessary to do something with Template Chunks... but what? or is there other ways?

You want to change the class to ’here’ rather than to use the default ’active’?

I think what you need is the &hereClass:

&hereClass
default: active
values: name of class
description: The hereClass will be applied to the current item and to each parent up the document tree.

I just want to set a submenu out of a mainmenu.

I think you’ll need two separate Wayfinder calls. One for main items, one for submenus. That would be the easiest way I guess.

You need to make a custom &outerTpl for each wayfinder call, in one put the class to mainmenu and the other to submenu:



In the wayfinder call add &outerTpl=`chunkName` where chunkName is the name of the chunk that hold the outerTpl.

I has thought little, way with double WayFinder call is more correct decision, or CSS will help me if to call WayFinder once

Much easier solution:

1. Main menu call: [[Wayfinder? &startId=`0` &level=`1` &hereTpl=`Submenu_Chunk`]]

2. Create a chunk: Submenu_Chunk

3. Add another Wayfinder call in that chunk without indicating a parent (or startid):
