How to create tag list with wayfinder?

I am trying to create a list of available document tags, which will look like the tag list you see in any ordinary blog systems.
I am using MODx 0.9.6, so there is a doucmentTags TV built in. All the blog entry are located under Blog folder, which means StartID=`2` should be the first selector.

But how do I automatically create a list of all the tags inside this folder? They are not

Or am I looking at a wrong tool? Is there some other snippet that suit this job?
I believed that this question must have been asked before, but I have tried searching this question without hit.. A lead to the post will be much apperciated.
