Thanks! It’s just what I need - but it’s still saying "October 25th, 2005" when the current date is what is needed.

Have I missed something??

I don’t understand. Try using
ORDER BY createdon
in the mysql-query instead.

Or do you want a fake date? i.e. always show the current date, regardless of any system-updates? That’s not the purpose of this snippet. You can write a one-liner PHP snippet for this...

That produces the same result...it’s as though it’s not connecting to whatever tells it what date it is today. Any thoughts on this?

No fake date, just want to show when the last update was.

I’m really sorry if I step on someones toes here, specially since I allready posted here earlier, but there might be another solution.

You could try this:

[[Ditto?parents=`theIdOfTheFolderToShowUpdatesFrom` &depth=`4` &tpl=`list_updates` &display=`5` &dateSource=`editedon` &sortBy=`editedon` &sortDir=`DESC` &hideFolders=`1` &filter=`hidemenu,0`]]

and the template list_updates

<li><a href="[~[+id+]~]"><span class="title">[+pagetitle+]</span>[+editedon:date=`%d.%m.%Y`+]</a></li>

Just as an example.
