Hello,
Was trying to get a TV by this piece of code

$tv = $modx->getTemplateVar('languages', "", $modx->documentIdentifier);

But it always says: "Fatal error: Call to undefined method modX::getTemplateVar() in /home/www/".

Can anyone suggest how do I get use of this function, or if there is another way to get TV object?

I use MODX Revolution 2.1.1-pl (traditional)
And tried to implement this: http://wiki.modxcms.com/index.php/Make_Multi_Lingual_Site, but stuck in this error.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

<?php
$tvObj = $modx->getObject('modTemplateVar', array('name'=>'languages'));
$docId = modx->resource->get('id');

/* take your pick, the first is faster if there's nothing in the TV that needs processing */

$tvRawValue = $tvObj->getValue($docId);

$tvProcessedValue = $tvObj->renderOutput($docId);
