"Clear Cache on Save" on Templates constantly unchecked?

    In one of the recent updates every time I save a template the "Clear Cache on Save" check box always becomes unchecked; does anyone know a way to keep this checked?

      That bug should have been fixed in 2.1.1 PL, as far as I know.
