No, this functionality is not built into Wayfinder. (I will add it to the todo list

To simulate this you could ad an id to each element using the &rowIdPrefix parameter and then set the different ids to have the alternating scheme, if your menu changes you will have to change the css, but it could work. Otherwise you will have to hack the code to get this to work.
