Okay, I sincerely apologize in advance for the vagueness of this post but I’m stumped. I’ve used DropMenu one other time and it worked like a charm. Now on this other site, however, I can’t get it to show up at all. I even used the same settings as the one that worked on this new one and no go.
Any general troubleshooting tips? If it comes down to it, I’ll just hard code the navigation (soooo don’t want to do that).

Are you sure that there are documents under the folder you specified as the startDoc folder, and that all of those documents have the "show in menu" box checked? Also, double-check the spelling of the snippet call, and the snippet name. I’ve had many a hair-pulling moment of frustration over a simple typo in the snippet name. And while maybe it’s pretty obvious, make sure the snippet has actually been installed in the Manager!
