MODx is incredibly nice after my trial. I am playing with it now. I need help with this -

Taking the MODx homepage as example. http://modxcms.com/ has only 1 main navigation menubar.

If I click on the MENU ITEM documentation, it brings me to http://modxcms.com/documentation.html

In that page I have a 2nd navigation menu below the main navigation menubar.

Question: Is this achieved by using 2 templates, 1 for the homepage and the other for the documentation pages? Or we can do that using just 1 template? (or maybe anyone know how MODx website is doing that?)

    Thanks!!!
    • There are different templates for the documentation, and for the API Quick Reference pages.

But it can be done within just one template with multiple menu snippet calls.. In the first menu, have a level limit 1, and in the second menu have startid to come from [[UltimateParent]] snippet.
