I’m using the AliasLinks plugin, but I can’t get it to link to documents which are not in the root directory.

The plugin works perfectly in the root of the site, but as soon as I reference an document outside of it it parses it, it seems, but doesn’t output a path so when viewing source I’m left with:

href="[~~]"
```
Using MODx 0.9.6.
