If you installed it with MODx 0.9.2.1, you have it. Otherwise, you can find it in the "Install" folder for the MODx installation.

Is the DropMenu the best right now?

there are some others, and a number of modifications to DropMenu here and there in the forums. I can’t put my finger on any of them at the moment, but a search of the forum should turn them up.
