I’ve been using Modx for a couple of years with huge success! Thanks to all you guys for bringing this awesome product to us.

I’ve got a regonal site with the same products but not all are avalible for all regions. I need to be able to add a weblink but keep the alias of the link, so that I can us the ultimateparent plugin for the wayfinder menu.

    Content page is:
    http://domain.tld/TX/Products/TSG123

    Link is:
    http://domain.tld/CA/Products/TSG123 but links to http://domain.tld/TX/Products/TSG123

Now I don’t want the page to switch to TX because products are avalible there, that are not in CA, the customer should stay in CA.

    Thanks for any advice.

    Ron

The point is that Wayfinder will generate a direct link to the desired document, instead of a link to the weblink which would then cause a redirect.

Try putting the actual URL you want the weblink to go to instead of a document ID.

I don’t want the destination URL to show I need the alias of the linkdefined to show. Only the content should change, wayfinder has to stay the same, else the customer will see products in TX wich aren’t avalible where he comes from.
            Is this at all possible?

            Cheers
