I’m using Wayfinder to create and dynamically build the left nav and the upper nav. The challenge - I’ve used Ditto to call the body elements using a tpl, but would like to make the left nav first element "active" at the same time. I’ve not been able to figure out how to force the first element in a wayfinder/ditto combo to make the <li> element "active"

    Any ideas?

    Top nav: Home Blog Contact

    Left nav: body

Blog Random blog entry 1 - Category 4
    - Category 1 Random blog entry 5 - Category 3
    - Category 2 Random blog entry 44 - Category 1

Goal : Get the left nav Category 1 to be "active" upon clicking Blog, and pulling in random entries. Make sense?
