I already change the original wayfinder code in the server and I still got white blank page.
I use modx 2.0.8 and should I upgrade it to 2.1 to solve this problem? if I upgrade it, will I lost all of the data? thanks.
You won’t lose any data, but it’s generally a bad idea to upgrade a site that’s not working.
Try deleting all the files in the core/cache directory.
It that doesn’t help, put a space between the two opening brackets of the Wayfinder tag ([ [).
If that gets rid of the blank page, post your Wayfinder tag here as Mary suggested.
the problem is after we clear the core/cache folder, we won’t be able to log in.
I already change that wayfinder code and now just use normal html code. and even that it still doesn’t work. we still get white blank page after log in.

I’m confused. You said you couldn’t log in now. Clearing the cache manually could fix that.
I can’t think of any way that clearing the cache would prevent you from logging in.
at last I solve the problem. I upgrade the modx to 2.1 and everything work fine now. thanks.
