Support/Comments for TvTagCloud

I think you need to add &extenders=`requests` to your ditto call. TvTagCloud is generating the url with &tags= but Ditto doesn’t know what to do with it.

Thanks for replying. Would it be a case of simply adding this to the ditto call? As after doing so all im getting now is:

"requests extender does not exist. Please check it. "

It should be &extenders=`request` (without ’s’).
But I’m not sure this should work though...

Everything looks like its working sweet , its tagging and the results page is showing.

ive got a couple of questions though.

On the results page i dont seem to be getting any value for [+tags+] when i say docs tagged by: [+tags+]

but the results below are fine, with the ditto call?

also should the URL structure be /tags?tags=tag+here or shold it be friendly?

Try to call Ditto cached and the page uncached...

Hey All,
I’m a complete newbie, I’m trying to use TvTagCloud
I’m using modx 9.6.3, TvTagCloud version 2.1.4, I’ve dont the following:
1. Created a snippet called TvTagCloud and pasted the given PHP code.

2. Created a template variable called docTags (and specified nothing for input type and input optional values) to MODxHost template.

3. Added the following snippet call to my MODxHost template:

Where:
2 - is the Blog page (it has my already-tagged docuemtns
58- is the landing page which has the following Ditto code:



But I get nothing! I can’t see any cloud of tags on my page?
Should I modify my template variable properties?

I don’t think Ditto uses &startID.

For example:

i have tag: "car"

and results:
1. my BMW and my life
2. World trip with my car
3. New light
4. From Berlin to Paris
5. new Z3 - big day

but i need sort by parent like this:

My car`s:
my BMW and my life
new Z3 - big day

Trip`s:
World trip with my car
From Berlin to Paris

Blog:
New light

How make this?
