@font-face

Hi

First off - apologies for posting this in the wrong section of the forum by error - should have put the post in the general support section!

I am running revo 2.1.2 on a new site.

I’m trying to use @font-face. I’ve created a css file and uploaded this without any problem (as usual). I have also downloaded the @font-face kit from Font Squirrel.

In the Files manager I have created a directory called "fonts" ie assets/template/fonts.

Problem: The upload manager says all the .tff .eto .woff and .svg files are not supported and can’t be uploaded.

Any suggestions?

if i remember well, just go to to your system parameters in the manager -> section file management (well i translate from French but must be something like this) and there you can add the files extensions you want your system to be able to manage

I suspect that I need to add a "new content type" under system/content types.

Not sure what "MIME Type" is though.

In the manager go to System -> System Settings. In the first drop down select File System and then look for Uploadable File Types. And then add in the files types you wish to upload.

Yeah, it would be easier to just FTP them. It’s unlikely you’ll need to change the fonts again and if you’re not the one who will be maintaining the content it might be better to keep them out of reach.

There are different ways to do what u probely want.
U can make a tv dropdown, when select A then load stylesheet A with font A, else B or smt.
