Client can't load photos to site but I can . . . she said it stalls at 50%

Hi . . .

My client is telling me that she can’t upload images to her website. She is telling me the upload process stalls at 50% loaded but never fully loads. I tested it out but I can do it with no problem. The images go right up on my side. I do not know what to tell her. Any ideas why she can’t upload in the admin but I can?

Any message from Firebug ?
Have you tried with the exact same iamge as her ?
