A simple MODx Revolution Polls component.
With this component you can create questions and each question could have an unlimited number of answers. With the two snippets you're able to create a view of the latest poll and results of the poll.
A visitor can vote for an answer and by logging their vote (IP based) will make them could vote just once (in the future this would be configurable per question).

Hi, im using Windows 2003 server.

I’m getting an error when trying to install the Polls component.
After the error, i’ve checked in Package Management and stills says its not installed.
When i run the button Install (since i don’t have choice to uninstall it) throws me again this error:

At this point i can’t uninstall the Plugin via the Package Management.
I want to know if there’s a way to manually uninstall while i have the answer to this question.

Has anyone successfully implemented this? I got the poll to appear, but voting does nothing. Anyone?

Are there any plans to make it compatible with SQL server?

It has not SQL server support yet. I should dive into that, because I do not use Windows as server (no one should btw)
