tried to install newspublisher on two different 2.0.7- installations with downloads from package-management and from github.
Get allways:

Package found...now preparing to install.

Folders are created and core/packages/newspublisher-1.0.4-beta1/manifest.php is there.
no probs with other packages.

the folder is named /newspublisher-1.0.4-Beta1
not /newspublisher-1.0.4-beta1

I renamed the folder to /newspublisher-1.0.4-beta1 and all went ok.
