When I try to save a new redirect, nothing happens; the popup is still displayed.
Are there some htaccess rules that may cause that problem since I have many rewrite rules to prevent xss, http redirections, sql injection etc?

we have a very strange problem with the Redirector-Package:
We implemented the resource with the alias "Newsletter-Home.php". A couple days later we renamed this resource into Newsletter.html and did a redirect in the Redirector from Newsletter-Home.php to Newsletter.html
If you now open this site the URL is shown like www.thedomain.com/Newsletter-Home.php?q=Newsletter.html and not like www.thedomain.com/Newsletter.html
Since this strange behavior still exists after deleting the redirect we are not sure if this is really a problem of the redirect-package.
Do you have any idea what could be the reason for this problem or what we should check to solve it? All other sites don´t show this problem...

For all who might suffer the same problem in the future: The reason for the problem for the strange URL (www.thedomain.com/Newsletter-Home.php?q=Newsletter.html) was a forgotten redirect-command in the .htaccess (not in our modx-folder itself, but in a parent-folder, that´s why we didn´t find the problem soon). So it was not a problem of MODx!!
