    MODx Revolution 2.0.8-pl (traditional), Provisioner 1.9 beta

    Hello,

    I have trouble with getting provisioner started on rechteck.eu to connect with rechteck.net. I am new in that theme. It would be nice if you could help me.

    I installed the same package version of provisioner on both two modxrevo webspaces.

    under rechteck.eu i entered:
    Name name of admin of rechteck.net
    correct password
    url: www.rechteck.net/modx/connectors
    three numbers I created in modx on rechteck.net

    a message-bar opened. "Login in die ferne Site fehlgeschlagen - Zugriff verweigert." (Connection to the remote site failed - access denied) There are still no resources shown under "resources". (I want to connect Revo to Revo -> Do I need to install other stuff apart from the the package?)

      three numbers I created in modx on rechteck.net
      Not sure what this means, if your going from revo to revo you need to add the site ID string from the remote sites config file.

        under core/config/config.inc.php i found the site id.

          The site id is in the config file of the site you are connecting to, in your case rechtek.net, you need to enter it on the administration panel, not the system settings.

            I enterd the complte site id from core/config/config.inc.php but have still the same error message.

            error notice after klicking on "start" ist still the same as mentioned above.

              yeah it works. Don’t know why. Have nothing changed. Great program! Thank you.

              One Question to the workflow:
              Is it possible to import more than one (for example) chunk in one step? (Now I rightclick on evry single symbol and click "import")

                To be honest I can’t remember if I put this in for elements or not, you can import resource trees, what happens if you click on the top level chunks holder, or a category? The user guide does have this in I think.

                  Folders are portable with its content. But when for example chunkfiles are not in a folder I had to impot every item for itself. Because when rightclicking on a category item the import button doesn’t appear.
                  Perhaps there’s a trick to highlight all for importing?!?

                    From the user guide :-
                    ’Both elements and categories can be imported. Elements can be imported singly, or by element type and category e.g. all snippets in the ’demo’ category.’
                    so you should be able to do this.
