Note: After installing, you may need to "Flush All Sessions" (Security - Flush All Sessions) to reload the new Access Policy for the manager interface.

No, it does not. That said, it is *strongly* recommended you update Revo and these latest Extras to the latest versions to patch yourself against the security vulnerability fixed in them.
