      Hi Shaun,

      I am running MODx 2.0.4-pl2. For some reason FormIt breaks my contact form page if I add any validators to the snippet call. It causes the page to load without a template, leaving me with a blank page with only a submit button. My call is:
      [[!FormIt? &hooks=`spam,email,redirect`  &emailTpl=`newsletteremail` &emailTo=`[email protected]` &redirectTo=`12` &validate=`name:required,email:email:required,nospam:blank` ]]


      However, the page loads correctly and works fine if &validate=`` is empty.

      Got any recommendations on how to go about troubleshooting this?

        Are you using a RTE such as TinyMCE?

          TinyMCE is installed, but I have Rich Text disabled on the page containing the form code. When I browse to the page, here is what I see in the document source:

          Eureka! I just found the problem. There is some sort of conflict between the validation code and my meta description code in my template. Here’s that code:

          <meta name="description" content="[[*content:notags:strip:ellipsis=`150`]]" />


          That’s a bummer. I guess I’ll have to generate my page descriptions manually, though at one point I’m sure this functioned correctly... maybe back on version 2.0.3-pl?

          Should this work, or am I violating the rules by having content containing a snippet call with filters being filtered itself?
