do not include unpublished getResrouce

Hi

I have a set of documents with an unpublish date set, I am using getResource "&resources=" to include a set of ids which is populated by a TV. How do I automatically exclude these unpublished docs?

There does not seem to be a way to ignore these when you specify them explicitly in the resources property. I would file a bug report.
