If you experience this problem download evo 1.0.4. and reupload/overwrite the folder assets\plugins\qm\
EDIT: One more problem I’ve been experiencing that it refuses to play well with jquery 1.4.4 .. for me it would not show the modal box.
Please verify that you have updated the plugin also, 3. Copy paste plugin code:

If you have installed/upgraded QM+ properly and you are still getting the error message, please provide more details about your hosting environment.
I’ll look the jQuery 1.4.4 compatibility on next monday when I get back to the office.
