I find that CM occasionally leaves phantom parentheses in the text. They either throw a PHP error or show up in the page output (if they’re in a string).
You can’t see them on the screen when editing in CM. You have to either turn it off, or re-type the offending line.

I believe this belongs to CodeMirror, since this comes out as multiple rows each time the plugin runs

For editing resources usually you need a WYSIWYG Editor, like TinyMCE. You can download it from package management.
Yes, I know. But i don't want it, I want to use CodeMirror with the editing resources, likes the chunk and snippet, but syntactic colour application doesn't work with resources.
