When attempting to create a package for just a snippet, I receive the following error:

{"success":false,"message":"Access denied.","total":0,"data":[],"object":[]}

(This has happened on several servers, all Linux, with very different hosting configurations and software versions.)

Time is what keeps everything from happening all at once.
