If you have problems with TinyMCE leaving behind mce_bogus and mce_href tags (among other mce tags) and if the tildes in your modx links [[~123]] are being changed to hex codes %7E by TinyMCE users on Firefox, the problems can be fixed.

It appears that with Revo and TinyMCE, the important Cleanup functionality isn’t always enabled by default. To fix this, simply go to the TinyMCE plugin in the Elements browser. Go to the property set for the plugin (the third tab) and add a new property set with Cleanup to Yes (you should be able to leave everything else). Now go to the System Events (the second tab) and enable your new property set for all three events that start with OnRichText. (You might also be able to edit the default property set, but there appears to be a bug somewhere with the default settings.)
