Brief Description:


ModuleCreator v.0.2 can create a simple add, update and delete module for your ModX installation.





You can modify your config.ini and db.ini to set up any add, update, delete type module you like.



New to v0.0.2



moduleCreator will create the table in the mysql database if it does not already exist!





ModuleCreator v.0.2 still only supports text, checkboxes and radio buttons for data input at this time.

More input types are planned for a later release.





You can create a ModX snipplet or modify the example snipplet to display your data however you like on the web site front end.

I have downloaded this module along with the snippet.

I was testing the snippet from the front end. I don’t get any search responses and couldn’t display the whole directory listing.

I noticed that I have to re-save the snippet code every time I want to do a search operation.

Is there anything wrong with the front end snippet code or is it only from my side?

Anyone who has this module fully functional at his/her end please help.

A grave mistake I have done that fixed the bug.
The directory document shouldn’t be cachable.

Now the module works great from both the frontend and the backend as well.
I have fully tested it and its excellently coded.

Hi there,
I am trying to get this to work and I have managed to create the module and snippet / page etc however whenever I run the module and try and add a record is comes up with the error "ERROR: Cannot Read validation class:/assets/modules/moduleCreator/common/validation.class.php"

No matter what path I use in the config file the same message appears, any ideas how to get this working?
