This is my first time using modx, and posting on the forum, so please be easy on my disambiguation.
According to the installation documents for this, this package requires Ditto. Upon attempting to install Ditto however, I am warned that it is not advisable, and that the functionality is being wrapped into revolution.
For my clarity, will the demo run with/without Ditto? Is it safe to install Ditto in an operating environment, as it will not be updated with revolution? Is there a substitution to this?
Again, this is my first time even loading modx, so I’m sorry for the noobish question, I’m just interested in finding out more about this system, and what it can do.

Its just telling you that there are other and better ways of achieving what Ditto does in Revolution, this wasn’t the case of course when ClarityPack was first put together, nor do I suspect that all Ditto’s functionality has yet been incorporated into Revolution so I would install it if I were you. Its only a demo site don’t forget, once your up and running you can remove Ditto if you wish.
Use MODx, or the cat gets it!
