    the path in your images is not right, did you try altering the setting to use relative/base_url in the path, you might also give the "<base href="/baylorasa/"></base>
    " tag a try in your theme header.

    please let me know if none of those help.

      the image path is right based on the source code that is being generated. clicking the links also takes you the correct image, the thumbnails are just not being displayed. To set relative path do I set the &usebaseurl variable to false in the snippet call?

        correct, to use the relative path you would set the parameter as 
        &useBaseURL=`false`


        note that your current IMG tag is looking to absolute (http://yourdomain.com/) and not your site url like in your anchor href ’/baylorasa/’.

        current:
        <a rel="lightbox[gallery1]" href="/baylorasa/assets/images/gallery/photogallery/Picture_42.jpg" title="Picture 42"><img src="/assets/images/gallery/photogallery/Picture_42.jpg" alt="Picture 42" width="90"><span>Picture 42</span></a>


        should be:
        <a rel="lightbox[gallery1]" href="/baylorasa/assets/images/gallery/photogallery/Picture_42.jpg" title="Picture 42"><img src="/baylorasa/assets/images/gallery/photogallery/Picture_42.jpg" alt="Picture 42" width="90"><span>Picture 42</span></a>
