the lists are newsletters.

One omission in the install process

Go to the config tab and copy the following line in "Configuration du Module:"
&nic=Identifiant;string;NIC &pass=Password;string;password &domain=Domain;string;Your domain

I’ve one site on ovh but have never used this list feature so i don’t really know the purpose of it.
Maybe the author can shade some light upon it.
