I was hoping to use this for a group of sub documents only but not sure how. I would want it to refer only to the first document and its siblings. Is this possible?

I installed correctly, I used {BREAK} to specify pagination within a document, but after the {BREAK}, the text on the document does not show up.

I can see the pagination links just fine, but when I click on "next", the url changes but the text stays the same (page 1 text)

sorry I should have checked, I had to make it an uncached document
