Maybe it’s an error, or maybe I’m doing something wrong here...

Just installed MODx Revolution 2.0.0-beta-5 rev6224, then wayfinder-2.1.1-beta4 (from Package management, service URL: http://rest.modxcms.com/extras/).

When I inserted [[wayfinder? &startId=’0’]] I end up with the following message:
error: Wayfinder class not found


So i uninstalled Wayfinder (again from Package management), and there was a message - something like "could not locate files... ... core/components/wayfinder...

I installed it again and then copied dir:
core\packages\wayfinder-2.1.1-beta4\modSnippet\242d1da7f2d4767f30e2f1764004e52e\0\wayfinder
to
core/components/wayfinder


Voila! It worked!

So, what’s happening here?

Is core/components not writable by the webserver?

any chance for examples? provided ones are v2.0?

Most calls that work in Evo will work in the Revo version.

I just saw that the parameter "startId" is missing in the propertyset.

Also do symlinks not get handled the right way, when I visit a symlink it’s adding the "active" class to the original document, not to the symlink button.
