QuickManager doesn't show up in Frontend

Hello,

I did a couple of updates from 0.9.6. to Evo 1.0.0. without problems. But now I have an installation (also update) where QM doesn’t show up at all in frontend. There’s no Javascript Error - seems the plugin isn’t called. I deactivated Quickedit, I updated to QM 1.3.2., but no success.

The site ist running with PHP Version 5.2.10, Evo 1.0.0. vom July 30 2009. I double checked if I uploaded all files. The provider is Host Europe.

Doublecheck also that you have selected the right plugin events.

Are you sure that you are getting the same domain with the manager (www.domain.com/manager) and the front-end (www.domain.com)? If one has the www and the other doesn’t, then you won’t be logged in to the other domain.

Thanks for your replies - I checked the points but with no success. I now am checking if it’s a problem of the host as there is an old Joomla installation in an other folder.

[Solved]: Due to some server issues I had followed the advice on http://svn.modxcms.com/docs/display/MODx096/Friendly+URL+Solutions on "Session Handling" to set the modx sessions to a separate path. From then - of course! - the front end sessions were separated from the backend sessions, this way preventing rendering of QuickEdit or QuickManager.
