I was looking for some advice on creating a Ad site.
This is how I would like the system to work.
- user click ’Buy an Ad space now’ button which will probably use paypal.
- I know how to do this part
- once that is confirmed I would like modx to email a password/username to the user automatically
- they can now login to 1 page only, which lets them add text and an image via TV’s
- I know how to do this part
- I’ll use ditto to pull in all Ads and format them
- I know how to do this part
- when the user is buying the ad space they also will select the amount of months its running for
- modx will need to email the user when the Ad is about to expire, if it does then that page needs to be unpublished or if they pay then it needs to add X amount of months to the expiry date.
Any ideas, something like AdsManager but with a lot more options.
