Using Qm with Evo RC3 I discovered a small bug.

The css file was requested twice from diffrent places when using path aliases. Only 1 path was correct.

This update to line 140 fixed the problem

$css = '<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="'.$this->modx->config['site_url'].'assets/plugins/qm/res/style.css" />';

Also I think line 37 from thickbox.css
should be

.TB_overlayMacFFBGHack {background: url(macFFBgHack.png) repeat;}

This way you can use ThickBox for frontend pages that have furl enabled.

One feature that I realy feel is missing with QM (also with QuickEdit) is the ability for web users which belong to certain groups to use QuickManager. If a user is already logged in the backend, he doesn’t need to use Qm...

I’ve a small display-Bug when i launch Quickmanager at a site wich contians a youtube-video. Hte youtube-Video overlays the quickmanager-Box!!!

I edited the css at /plugins/qm/res/style.css

and changed the z-index up to 5000 - but nothing happens!

At the next try i inserted the youtube embedded objct into a <div> with z-index:20 - but nothing happend!

try adding this parameter to your flash object:

<param name="WMode" value="Transparent" />

- inserted <param name="WMode" value="Transparent" /> and everything works fine - thanks for the superfast reply sharkbait.....

Have set up quick manager for a user and also used ’Manager Login Startup’ to send them to a page, and Manager Interface Access is set to yes.

Having done that there doesn’t appear to be any option in the transparent bar to go the manager interface, so a user cannot get from the ’front end’ edit mode to the back end.

Is this correct or did I miss a setting?

You can set this (and much more) at QuickManager+ plugin configuration at MODx manager: Elements > Manage Elements > Plugins > QuickManager+ > Configuration > Show go to manager button

So, if I’d like to add a modal button to qm, I have to use a full webadress and not a modx page.
e.g. i can say ’http://www.google.com’ but I can’t say ’[~12~]’?

Would it be difficult to implement this?

I suppose it woudn’t be very hard. I’ll add this feature to wishlist.
