      hi, on line 71 on your snippet, there is an error in the sql. it should read 
      $sql = "SELECT * FROM $dbase." . $table_prefix . "web_user_attributes WHERE $dbase." . $table_prefix . "web_user_attributes.internalKey = '".$usernameid."';";

      instead of
      $sql = "SELECT * FROM $dbase." . $table_prefix . "web_user_attributes WHERE $dbase." . $table_prefix . "web_user_attributes.internalKey = ".$usernameid.";";

      Merely an error near the end with two missing apostrophes.
