Is the Resource Repository as featured available for use byMODx site builders?

Is there a "Resource Repository" as featured on the MODx site offered as a downloadable file?

I have a site I’m working on that has over 20,000 files that are to be available to users for download.

The MODx search tools are excellent for searching and sorting.

I especially like the flexibility of the search, with tags, which is not restricted by stepped categories or other rigid search criteria.

Sure... I’m looking for an all in one, but I’m not against making a prolonged install of pre-built files to create an excellent DL repository.

Still no answer - I’m workingon a site that requires a downloads section with a good search and sort ability.

There will be a very large number of files for download. Searching and sorting the database with a pointer to a specific file is important.

I am pretty sure that the repository is built with ditto and some filters. Not sure how they did the Add a New Resource form, it is not eForm so it is proberably some sort of custom setup or maybe it is newspublisher.

You could recreate the repository with MODx.

The resource repository is a custom amalgamation of code that really isn’t supportable for broad distribution. We plan to rebuild and clean it up for 097, and to do a "how we built it" series of articles when it’s ready for release.

I understand that the repository is not really supportable for broad distribution, but could anyone point me in the right direction as to how the submit resource form works? I need to do something similar to this on a small scale. Is it using newspublisher or something else?
