another wish : ability of setting the starting menue id for the created pages and counting the follwing pages upwards.
as a noob I’ve hacked me throu and added the possibility to set the starting menuindex as a counter.
I’ve made some edits to Superpage to inherit the style of the manager template. It is also based on rows now.
