      I can see the problem: you have another element on the page with id ’map’ - this is the same name you’re using for the first Google map!

        I tried to rename the "Map" to some another id and nothing changed... the map still won’t show up huh

          I stripped out everything else from the page - all the stylesheets and all other scripts except for the Googlemap include and script in the <head> and the 2 divs it creates in the <body> - and now it works.

          Try it for yourself and you’ll see what I mean.

          So most likely you have a conflict with another script on the page. Googles javascript is nicely namespaced so it’s most likely some script you’re using that is injecting into the DOM.

          You could try adding your other scripts and stylesheets back one by one and see where the conflict is.

              I changed it to another template (I think was modx css) and worked fine.... I can’t find what’s the trouble in my template :’(

              Something is definitely causing conflict


              EDIT: Ok, I found the problem.... I have this line
               <body onload="selectSupertags(1);selectSupertags(2);">
              that is causing the issue... worked it out with Jquery

                    Hi there,

                    thank you for that snippet, it’s working great.

                    is there a way to display "&" in the bubble? if i use "&", or as an entity "&amp;" the text coming after won’t show up. i’ll have lots of company-names listed with &s, so i would have to set an extra TV for the title and write "and" instead of using [*pagetitle*] to set the title in the bubble...

                      You could pass %26 instead of & as a parameter. Maybe use a PHx custom modifier to translate existing ampersands in titles to %26?

                      Possibly I need build this in in the next version.
