getResources tvFilters exclude value for TV

Is it possible to use the tvFilters to exclude certain tv values e.g.

[[getResources? &tvFilters=`tags!=%event%` ]]

Not currently, though there are feature requests for implementing additional operators for use in the tvFilters property.
