Is it possible to use a if-snippet like this: [[If a=1 AND b=2 then ... ]] I just found the possibility to use only one operator.

There is no facility for AND in the If snippet. It is written to match a single condition based on the subject, operator and operand. If you need to do more complex comparisons a simple snippet is usually pretty easy to write.
