Is there any way to do this with Quip or i need different solution?
Its probably achievable with Quip.
Maybe you can tweak the parameters to get it working like that.
You could also use formit2resource.
Create a form that puts the question straight into the site and notifies you of a new question.
The you can create an answer in the manager. Use getResources to display all as required.
