Login Registration CSS style on emails

Can’t see where I can control the CSS style of the automatic emails sent by registration?

Also ideally I’d like to cc an admin when the mail is sent. Can I modify the mail headers?

Thanks

Ok sorted

Didn’t realise I could paste the full html into the email.tpl
