For the freshman there are a few procedural chasms that need bridging in the Login snippet documentation. One concerns the templating required to get the error messages to show. What placeholders are required for that?
My login form doesn’t seem to be working and without error messages it is hard to debug. Maybe the form is malformed. Is this any good?
<form id="login" method="post" action="">
<div class="listitem"><label>Username</label> <input type="text" name="username" />
<div class="clear"></div>
</div>
<div class="listitem"><label>Password </label><input type="password" name="password" />
<div class="clear"></div>
</div>
<div class="listitem"><label><span class="loginLoginButton">
<input type="submit" name="Login" value="Login" /></span></label>
<div class="clear"></div>
</div>
</form>
I am pretty sure the snippet call is okay:
[[!Login? &tplType=`modChunk` &loginTpl=`loginformforLogin` &errTplType=`modChunk` &errTpl=`feedback` &loginResourceId=`10`]]
Thanks.
