Facebook Gallery Integration into ModX Website

Hi,

I would like to find a way to integrate my client’s Facebook gallery into their site, so they only need to upload images one time. Kind of like (or exactly like) the plug-in above for wordpress. I have been looking but this is the only one of its kind I have really found. I am a novice programmer. Is there anyway I could tweak this to work in Modx? Or can anyone recommend me a simple script that I could accomplish this with??

I’m sure pretty much every WP plugin can be rewritten for MODX, since both use PHP in the end of the day. What MODX version do you use?

I’ve done something similar for Flickr pictures, for Evo. With stuff like that, it basically always boils down to figuring out the 3rd party API, especially authentication, finding out the necessary functions/parameters and how to catch server errors.
