    Hi everybody,

I’ve recently installed MODx on my hosting, so I’m a bit of a beginner. I’ve been working on adding a blog using this tutorial by Shaun McCormick: http://rtfm.modx.com//display/revolution20/Creating+a+Blog+in+MODx+Revolution#CreatingaBloginMODxRevolution-Addinga%22LatestPosts%22widget

The blog itself works rather well, but I can’t get the latest posts, lastest comments or archive to working. The code just results in an empty page. I know I’m working on the correct page, since when I add other code it is displayed. Don’t know if it is any help, but the blog can be found at http://tinyurl.com/6a7ejss

what is the call you’re using to show the last posts?
maybe you have a typo or your using single quotes instead backticks or maybe you have a lower/upper case issue.

There’s a little checklist to go through:

            - All packages installed?
            - All resources that you are expecting to see published?
            - Snippet calls on index resource page not in a rich text page (ie it’s not truncating the snippet output to &parameter, instead of &parameter)?
            - Correct parent ids of the list of resources you want to access?
            - Checked spelling of the template for the getResources call? (although you get this wrong it spits out an array).
            - Depending on your template, have you included and processed any TVs you need for the getResources call?

            They’re the usual suspects.
