automatic push newsletter

hi there,

I’m looking for a newsletter add-on, that can send its mails according to a given schedule automatically, let’s say at 7 o’clock in the morning.
I searched the forum for a while, but I didn’t found something.
maybe that is a script triggered by a cron job or something like that.

any ideas? or do I have to switch to an external service? ’cause I would like to use a given add-on.

thanks in advance for any feedback.

I recommend DADA mail. It’s a perl script, but its admin can easily be loaded into a module for Evo and a CMP for Revo. Its configuration is a little daunting, but if you plug through it one item at a time, it’s well worth the trouble.

hi Susan,

thank you for your recommendation. sorry for not answering short time, I first read $50 and waited for another suggestion

unfortunately I’ve no access to the server to make the perl magic work, but I’ll see if I can persuade the provider of that service.

kind regards,
rolf
