I have a contact form on two different sites and both were working properly until the latest update through package management. After you properly fill out the form the page refreshes and neither redirects to the sent page nor sends the mail. I have changed nothing except install the update.
My error log shows this:
[2011-01-06 20:33:39] (ERROR @ /index.php) You must provide an email address to send to.
[2011-01-06 20:33:40] (ERROR @ /index.php) [FormIt] An error occurred while trying to send the email.
Any direction on this would be appreciated.
